Procedure:
1. Thawing (if frozen)
• Thaw in refrigerator at 4°C for 6–8 hours.
• Keep covered to maintain freshness and texture.
2. Preheat Pan

• Bring temperature to approximately 170–180°C.
3. Cook Kababs
• Place kababs carefully on the hot surface.
• Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until evenly golden brown.

• Increase heat slightly for 1–2 minutes to achieve a crispy exterior.
5. Internal Temperature Check
• Ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C for safe consumption.

• Allow kababs to rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
